Many of us have labels, most of us live behind the label but why are so many of us afraid to open up and talk about what label has been put on them? The reason why is because once you say out loud what your label is people look at you differently, they treat you differently and some think that its contagious, well to hell with that and what others think.
What label makes up you? Well for me to get all technical and shit I have PTSD ( post traumatic stress disorder ) plus a side of panic disorder with agoraphobia, and a dash of depression, but does that define me 'NO' because I'm also a awesome wife, the best mum to my children and just an all round awesome person, but if you were to ask Joe blow they would probably say shes an anxious mess, has a million panic attacks and is socially awkward but well, that's there prospective and quite frankly why should i care! Well because despite my best efforts I do, shit we all do, don't we? We care way to much of what other people think about us, then our minds go into over drive telling us all the crap we don't want to hear but guess what..... We are now locked on that god dam roller coaster and it's just not slowing down, quite frankly just hang on and continue to just trying to breath.
