I'm a young veteran, a mum, a wife and a woman that battles mental health, I live in country Vic where it's hard to get the help that is needed. i have never used medication to treat yet have been handed endless scripts of lots of different drugs. This blog will be about how i handle my mental health,things i use and do and just my life in general.
